We started CareLX because we saw agencies drowning in outdated tools — fighting with legacy systems, managing schedules on spreadsheets, and losing caregivers to competitors with better technology. We knew there was a better way, so we built it.
Our Story
From regulated fintech to home care
CareLX was built by the team behind Loffa Interactive Group. For 20+ years, Loffa has built security-critical settlement software trusted by the world's largest financial institutions. When we looked closely at home care, we saw agencies fighting the same operational chaos — call-offs, missed updates, no visibility — with tools far behind what regulated industries expect.
The agencies we talked to had tried the tools on the market. They were either too complex, too expensive, or too outdated — and none of them treated communication and visibility as first-class.
So we paired that security-first engineering discipline with what agencies actually told us they needed, and started building. The result is CareLX: scheduling, caregiver and client communication, and operational visibility in one workspace — with the polish modern teams expect.
We brought Wall Street-grade security to healthcare
CareLX is built by Loffa Interactive Group, a company with over 20 years of experience serving the world's largest financial institutions. Loffa handles SEC/FINRA-regulated settlement workflows for firms like JP Morgan, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, Citi, UBS, Barclays, and Deutsche Bank.
That same security discipline — independent audits, regular 3rd-party penetration testing, and security assessments by the world's most demanding financial institutions — is now built into every layer of CareLX.
